Bellville Car Wash may terminate the “Wash Club” at any time and for any reason. You may terminate your participation in the “Wash Club” by providing at least five (5) business days’ notice prior to the start of a new 30-day period, in accordance with these terms and conditions. Such five (5) day notice period will begin upon receipt of your notice. If such notice is not received in a timely manner, your participation in the Program will not terminate until the end of the next 30-day period. Your termination notice must be sent by email to diamondwash45@yahoo.com, private message on Facebook or by letter to Bellville Car Wash, PO Box 673 Bellville, OH 44813. You may not terminate your participation in the “Wash Club” for a portion of the 30-day period.

If the “Wash Club” is terminated by Bellville Car Wash prior to the end of a 30-day car wash period, you will receive a refund on your credit card equal to the pro rata portion of the purchase price represented by the number of the days remaining in such 30-day period. Upon any such termination of the “Wash Club”, the only amount owing to you by Bellville Car Wash or its affiliates will be such pro rata refund amount.

Your participation in the “Wash Club” will permit you to have one, 30 day membership  car wash RFID tag (the “Pass”), which will be extended for successive 30-day periods until cancelled by Bellville Car Wash or you in accordance with these terms and conditions. The Pass may not be exchanged or swapped between vehicles and is only valid if used with the vehicle you registered with the Program. You may change the registered vehicle participating in the Program not more than once during a 30-day period. Any such change in registration must occur at the Bellville Wash. The Pass must be initially activated by store personnel at the Bellville Car Wash for you to receive car washes.

After the Pass is used at the car wash, the system will not allow another wash for that Pass for thirty (30) minutes.

Unless previously terminated by you, your credit card will be charged automatically each month on the same date that you originally registered for the Program.

This Program cannot be combined with any other offers, promotions, coupons or other discounts. This program is not offered to commercial limo, taxi or other transportation related vehicles.

The car wash at the Bellville Car Wash may not be available from time-to-time due to weather related events or maintenance. The Bellville Car Wash will not be liable to you for the unavailability of the car wash during these times.

*The terms “Wash Club”, "The Program", "Unlimited" & "The Pass" are defined as maximum of 15 washes per bill period (month) Gold level, and up to 8 washes per period (month) Silver Level.

 

The Bellville Car Wash reserves the right to suspend or terminate your participation in the Program if you do not comply with these terms and conditions.

 

A $15.00 fee may be assessed to issue a replacement Pass or to transfer the Pass to a new vehicle. A $15 start up or restart fee will be assessed to new and customers who stop service and restart services.

                                             

All general rules, regulations and disclaimers of liability applicable to the car wash at the Bellville Car Wash apply to the Program.

 

YOU AGREE TO INDEMNIFY, DEFEND AND HOLD HARMLESS Bellville Car Wash AND EACH OF ITS AFFILIATES, AND THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OWNERS, REPRESENTATIVES AND AGENTS FROM ANY AND ALL LOSSES, DAMAGES (INCLUDING PUNITIVE DAMAGES), DEMANDS, CLAIMS, SUITS AND OTHER LIABILITIES, INCLUDING ATTORNEY FEES AND OTHER EXPENSES OF LITIGATION OR DEFENSE RESULTING FROM OR ARISING OUT OF YOUR BREACH OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
